I have installed a "Live Help" system on TopSEO.net. It is pretty nice, I can watch people come and go to the website. This morning, at 10:15 am I got a visitor from Bronx, NY. He initiated a chat with me. Nice! This was my first actual live chat with a customer that I didn't know. I was excited as all could be, then we started talking. He types in broken English. Well, it is muggy, humid, rainy and all around not yoru typical Florida day. I got a call from a customer today. He told me his friend got his computer up and running, temproarily, in safe mode... Ht wants me to come get his computer, "burn it all to a CD" and reinstall windows so it is fast again.

Have you ever had to call Microsoft to activate software? I have, about a thousand times.

Making this call was nothing far from routine. I have called Microsoft thousands of times and being normal when speaking with someone there is not fun. I wonder if Raymond ever thinks about this phone call. I also wonder if Raymond didn't think anything was amiss... If it was jus a normal call for him. Have you ever had to reinstall Windows and when you went to activate it you had to call Microsoft? I have about a thousand times. I have owned 2 computer stores and repaired countless computers. Reinstalling Windows XP, I can do it in my sleep. One time, I decided to record one of my activation phone calls with Microsoft Activations Team. Meet Raymond. He works for Microsoft. He has no idea what he is in for. Let me know if you like it by posting a comment please. I know this is repetitive, but I wanted to leave the original content when I edited the top part of the post.

I know it is a small step, but I also know that this forum will benefit the website in many ways.

I just saw that I am getting traffic from Yahoo! for TopSEO.net, people are searching for email address lists (currently number 2 and 3) and lists of email addresses (currently number 5 and 6). Not bad for just getting the domain live and running again. I am hoping to see more of my search engine optimization efforts paying off soon. This project has been up and running for less than 2 weeks now, and already working into the search engines. That is just excellent. I am eager to get all the email address lists into the site for sale and get the site skinned nicely so I can turn the Google Adwords advertising back on and get the ball rolling faster!
