Live help on TopSEO.net Website - my first conversation with a visitor! YAY!
Hello everyone!
I have installed a "Live Help" system on TopSEO.net. It is pretty nice, I can watch people come and go to the website. This morning, at 10:15 am I got a visitor from Bronx, NY. He initiated a chat with me. Nice! This was my first actual live chat with a customer that I didn't know. I was excited as all could be, then we started talking. He types in broken English. Bummer... or maybe not. So, me being me, I had to write back to him in broken English. I am currently in chat with him, so I will post transcript when we are finished.
